这句话是特朗普说的话，他说第二天看了报纸后发现报纸上报道的内容和他们当时实际交流说的不一样，然后评价马克龙 “他这人可精明啦” 。
“smart customer” 这里的 “customer” 不是指传统意义上的 “顾客”，而是一种比较随意的表达，“smart” 表示精明、聪明，特朗普觉得马克龙在有自己的小心思，让报道出现了和实际情况不同的内容。
